Night life at Bonnie Blues Event Venue; what’s it like? We get this question often and we get it. It’s hard to visualize a blank canvas. How does it look in different seasons, in different lighting, throughout the day, with tables and chairs set up and people flowing in and out? Though pictures help, it doesn’t compare to experiencing it in person. We try to depict the environment as best we can with our words.
The majority of our weddings here at Bonnie Blues take place May through October. The weather during these months is typically pretty mild. We see that most people who host their wedding in Colorado prefer to spend their time outside in the beautiful scenery Colorado has to offer.

That being said, most of the dance floors we see are outside on our patio area. You just can’t beat summer nights in Colorado. There is always a killer sunset view over the stunning Rocky Mountains to kick off the evening. The temperature cools down just enough for guests to stay movin’ and groovin’ on the dance floor. People are on the dance floor, sitting around the fireplace, grazing the dessert offerings or hanging by the bar. Some are out in the lawn area playing yard games or just socializing around a cocktail table. Though there is room to spread out, it never feels void.
Then the stars come out. Beyond the music and the hustle and bustle of the night, there is a stillness. A serenity fills the air which allows guests to feel comfortable. It’s a space where everyone feels like family. It is a feeling that is hard to describe until you experience and we hope you’ll get the chance to see it for yourself.
